I canceled my account by mistake, can i recover it?

Once your cancellation request reaches the relevant department, your account is immediately deleted, and this action is irreversible. However, during busy periods, it may take up to 24 hours for the account deletion process to be completed. In such cases, if you contact us shortly after submitting your request, we may be able to stop the process if the account termination has not yet started.
