How can I terminate my DFS account?

You can terminate your DFS account at any time without providing any explanation. All you need to do is fill out and submit the contact form available on our Contact page.

In the form, enter your username in the "Name" field, your registered email address in the "E-mail address" field, and write a message in the "Your message" field indicating that you wish to permanently delete your DFS account. Then click the "Send the message" button. Once your message is received, our relevant department will process the request as quickly as possible. We will notify you via email once your account has been deleted, so you won’t need to check if your account has been terminated.

Please note that this action is irreversible, and any gains you have obtained, whether paid or free, cannot be transferred to another account. All content associated with your account (Pictures, Videos, Premium membership periods, XCoins, Ads, Events, and everything else) will be permanently deleted.
