How can i cancel my paid subscription?

Our platform only offers automatically renewing subscriptions for monthly memberships. For other membership packages, there is no subscription that needs to be canceled. If you accepted an offer that includes a recurring subscription and you wish to end this subscription, you need to cancel your paid subscription. If you do not cancel, you will continue to be charged periodically for your subscription.

The cancellation process is extremely simple. Write a brief message stating that you wish to terminate your paid subscription in the contact form available on our Contact page and submit the form. Our accounting department will process your request as soon as possible and send you a notification email regarding the cancellation.
