Why can't i log into the system?
When you enter the email address and password registered in our system into the relevant fields of the login form and submit the form, you should be able to log in without any issues if the information is correct. However, if the information you provided does not match our system records, you will receive an error message stating "Invalid username or password." If you encounter this error, be cautious when attempting to log in again. After three unsuccessful attempts, your device and IP address will be temporarily blocked. Trying to log in with a blocked device will extend the block period further. Therefore, please ensure the following when attempting to log into your account:
* The login form asks for your email. Make sure you haven’t accidentally entered your username instead of your email.
* Ensure that you have entered your password correctly in the login form.
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, you can easily reset it. To do so, click on the "Forgot Password" link located at the bottom right corner of the login form. On the password reset page, enter your registered email address in the "Email address" field and submit the form. If the email address is registered in our system, an email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you. Depending on our server load, the reset instructions should arrive within a few minutes. If you don't receive an email after a few minutes, you may need to check your Spam/Junk folders.
